Nursery Manager - Bowburn, Durham (DH6)

Starting salary of £30k plus 10% Bonus!

(Negotiable dependent on experience and qualifications)

We are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to join a long established Ofsted Outstanding, family-run establishment with 3 different venues! 

Located in Bowburn, this 108 place day nursery creates a natural, holistic, play-led environment which is key to their brand. This setting is a spacious and stimulating environment set across 5 different classrooms. Any successful candidate will have the pleasure of working alongside a strong, long-standing dedicated team of professionals, who do not currently use temporary or agency staff. 

This role is suited to someone who…

• Has a full and relevant level 3 (or above) childcare qualification
• Is looking for a close-knit community of staff in an environment offering holistic development and play-led learning...
• Has strong time management & able to evidence their ability to manage priorities and effectively manage a team
• Has clear, open, and honest communication with parents (essential)
• Will work alongside a Deputy Manager who is supernumerary 
• Holds a GCSE qualification in Maths or equivalent (further to January 2024 regulation changes, or able to achieve this within two years of taking up post)
• Must have proven experience in a Nursery Manager role
