iRecruit are currently seeking a highly capable and experienced Rail Project Manager to work for one of the UK’s largest and fast growing providers of communications infrastructure. Coordinating numerous projects across Surrey, the ideal candidate will have proven experience and a strong understanding of telecoms infrastructure related to rail and will also possess SCADA knowledge. The Role

Working as a Rail Project Manager you will coordinate and manage the operational telecoms environment to include both design and implementation. You will actively manage multiple projects across the region, liaising and communicating with customers, effectively managing the relationships. You will develop overall project delivery and reporting processes to ensure timely delivery of all assigned projects and source subcontract selection as well as managing the teams. In addition to the general project management tasks and ensuring maximising project income and cash flow you will be proactive in reviewing project risks and thus seek and implement any mitigation or control measures.

Among the top track 250 for 2015, they’re continuing to expand rapidly and now require exceptional individuals from within the telecommunications and rail sector to work in various areas across the country in order to help continue this growth.

 

Requirements

 

·Experience in Rail Project Management for Telecoms infrastructure

·PTS/LUCUS Cards

·SCADA knowledge highly desirable but not essential 

·SMSTS or SSSTS
