Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Northeast/Central London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)
Salary Range: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
Company Overview: This is a well-established Business Management Services organisation located in close to Central London. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of a dynamic and growing organization.
Job Overview: Our client is looking for a motivated Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing the management accounts for multiple entities including full consolidation, managing all finance processes for an entity, payroll/ benefits and lastly, planning and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations,
- Extracting and analysing reports in Excel, providing insightful commentary for all the entities,
- Weekly bank reconciliations,
- Preparation and maintenance of the payroll,
- Conducing system reviews and overseeing implementation processes including a comprehensive analysis of available options and the projected timeframe for implementation,
- Ensure tax forms are completed and processed,
- Assist with the preparation of the annual budget,
- Handle complex invoicing requirements,
- Responsible for maintaining the KPI reporting tool, Sage, Excel, and Power BI,
- Manage all finance and tax processes for an entity,
- Actively support the Finance Director in driving improvements,
- Preparation and submission of the annual tax forms,
- Ad hoc duties and project work.
Person Description
Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a Finance function with ideally an international footprint.
Professional Experience:
- Exposure to balance sheet, income statement and cashflow reporting.
- Strong expertise in Excel and Power BI.
- Significant experience of SAGE.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- HMRC experience is essential.
