A new opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Team Leader in central Norwich.

The role:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the department, including line management of one member of staff.
- Invoice processing with reference to purchase orders, intercompany purchases, as well as investigation and resolution of discrepancies.
- Administration of company credit cards including user set-up, data validation from cloud-based expense management tool, to processing of transactions.
- Overall responsibility for generating and posting payment runs
- Continually evaluate department processes, propose and implement changes to optimise customer experience and operational excellence.
BANKING & CASH
- Uploading sales data
- Reconciling ledgers
- Submission of monthly reports
- Dealing with periodic audit
- Posting bank statements and completion of daily bank reconciliations across multiple currencies
- Management of petty cash including foreign currencies.
MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS AND CONTROLS
- Month-end balance sheet reconciliations and treasury reporting.
- Internal control reviews.
- Ad hoc invoicing.
- Intercompany recharges.
- Providing support and information during the annual audit.
