Job description
- Work within the central PMO for the business, coordinating processes across teams cross-functionally and driving improvement across procedures and controls.
- Contribute to the frameworks and guidelines that promote good practice for change delivery.
- Promote transparency and clarity around the direction of travel.
- Provide assurance on governance, audits, and health checks.
- Support with risk, quality, reporting, planning management and assurance.
- Build relationships with appropriate functions and stakeholders, including leads and sponsors across the business.
- Be able to identify and resolve issues and influence appropriately between business groups to ensure change objectives are met.
