Job Description
- Supervise the packaging process and ensure quality standards are met.
- To lead, engage and motivate a team in an FMCG manufacturing and engineering environment.
- Implement safety regulations and guidelines within the department.
- Lead morning factory meetings, following a set agenda to ensure the team have direction for meeting output targets.
- Work alongside the QHSE manager to ensure your shift are following and adhering to the product and process quality standards.
- Ensure all relevant training is carried out and recorded correctly.
The Successful Applicant
- A strong managerial background within the manufacturing sector.
- Have experience of dealing with handling disciplinaries, investigations, hiring, performance reviews, absence reviews, objectives, team training and competency assessments.
- Have a NEBOSH General Certificate or be willing to work towards.
