Job description

The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for Productions Operatives to join a large manufacturer in the Rochdale area.

The company specialises in the manufacturing of plastic moulding parts.

Location: Rochdale OL16

Temporary to Permanent

Shifts: We have the following shift pattern available:

6am - 2pm/ 2pm-10pm (rotate - must be able to work both)
6am-6pm Monday - Thursday / 6pm-6am Monday - Wednesday (rotate - must be able to work both)

Responsibilities;

• Sanding
• Denibbing parts
• Trimming plastic
• Prepping parts
• Loading products on to the line
• Bonding large items
• Assembling lights and grills

The starting salary for day shifts is £10.45 per hour

Once candidates are trained in different areas the salary increases at the below increments:

£10.60 p/h
£10.81 p/h
£11.27 p/h

The night shift rate will be £12.54 per hour
