Ready for a change? Join Ocado Logistics: We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Communications Specialist to join our team on a fixed term contract for twelve months. Day-to-day you’ll be responsible for driving and delivering the communications strategy for our technology upgrade programme that will change the way our employees work; from how they access their roster to reading business news. What you’ll do: Build relationships and collaborate across Ocado Logistics to understand and meet the programme communications requirements for various audiences Work closely with the Business Change Lead and Lead Business Process Owners, to utilise their specialist knowledge, and ensure consistent messaging to all stakeholders Own, develop and manage a calendar of key transformation messages to ensure relevant and timely delivery of internal communications Act as a communications subject matter expert for the programme and subsequent change - taking into account culture and brand guidelines Write programme communications in an easy-to-understand, business friendly language Collaborate with the wider communications team to ensure tone of voice, narrative and timings are aligned Provide the tools and frameworks to empower managers and other key stakeholders to communicate effectively with their employees on a local level Manage key programme messages on the intranet, digital channels and social media Use themes and data from employee listening to inform programme communications Act as a gatekeeper to ensure all communication copies are signed-off before they’re sent About you: Experience building and implementing a communications strategy Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise effectively Previous experience working with and / or communicating with frontline teams The ability to interpret data, analyse findings and use this to improve engagement Demonstrate the ability to work, communicate with, and present effectively to people at all levels from frontline teams to senior leaders Ideally, you will have an understanding of change management and key tools (e.g. stakeholder assessment, change impact assessment, readiness analysis, benefits realisation) What do you get in return?
