Job description
Medsolve are proud to be working with a specialist Private Hospital based in Poole who are continuing to grow and are currently looking for a Theatre Scrub Nurse/Theatre Practitioner (RGN/ODP) to join them on permanent basis.
This is a fulltime role working a fourday week which includes working 1 in 4 Saturdays.
Working hours 7.30 am till 5.30 pm.
My client offers a starting salary of 36000 but this can be increased to 44000 as there is the opportunity to develop and progress through the bandings.

- Duties of the Theatre Scrub Nurse/Theatre Practitioner (RGN/ODP) :
To work within the requirements of the code of practice and standard of the Nursing and Midwifery Council. - To be responsible for and demonstrate commitment to Continuing Professional Development and Clinical Governance.
- To participate in oncall rota
- To participate in training and development of clinical and other groups of staff.
- To participate in clinical audit and research projects as required.
Attributes of the ideal Theatre Scrub Nurse/Theatre Practitioner (RGN/ODP) :
- NMC or HCPC
- Post qualification 1 year essential
- Active NMC pin/ Registered HCPC.
- 6 months post qualifying experience in surgical field.
- Full Right to Work (NO SPONSERSHIP OFFERED)
