An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Head Office based in Welwyn Garden City for a Facilities Help Desk Coordinator.
The Role
- You will provide an effective helpdesk operations, offering user support and customer service with operational matters, using company supported computer applications and platforms
- Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate actions to be taken
- You will maintain and develop the CAFM system, ensuring the smooth running of the Quantum FM team by completing outstanding actions and giving feedback and ensure the delivery of a high standard of service to assist Quantum Care with the compliance
- The post holder will be expected to undertake other responsibilities and tasks as reasonably requested by the Head of Facilities Management.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday- Working from home can be arranged and other days at the Head Office based on a team schedule.
