We are working with reputable, market leader within the software sector who are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join a well established team. The team are passionate about providing an excellent customer experience and believe in a consultative approach. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with new customers whilst exceeding high retention rates with there existing client base.

• Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs and goals using a consultative approach to fully support them with their use of the companies online platform
• Succeed in client renewals and up sell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth
• Become a product expert, staying up to date on new features and effectively communicating their values to clients
• Identify opportunities for client advocacy, including obtaining positive case studies, testimonials, and reviews
• Provide comprehensive training to clients on the platform to ensure successful on boarding
• Attend industry events on occasions
• Manage the on boarding process for new accounts,

The role will suit someone who is passionate about providing a service and preferably with a SaaS business. Someone who is proficient in CRM systems and data management tools.
