Job description
What you will do in your working day
The apprentice will rotate through different areas of the department to undertake different duties, and learn about the following disciplines
- Policy Analysis - Working with the business to understand the implications of new regulations and be involved in helping them deliver consequential changes to our systems and processes
- Public Affairs - Help shape our external communications with Government and other external stakeholders
- Compliance - Ensure our business operates in a compliant manner, undertaking audit and risk assessments
- Financial - Develop models for us to charge our customers fairly and accurately
- Customer Focus - Provide excellent customer service to our stakeholders within all areas of the rotation
- Project Management - Working with project teams across BUUK to help ensure the success of a wide range of projects
The training you will be getting
- BA (Hons) Management
- Delivered online along with twelve scheduled workshops each year at Anglia Ruskins Chelmsford campus
- Full training on company systems, policies and procedures will be provided
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
Clear progression pathway into a permanent role within the company, e.g. Regulations Analyst. Regular reviews will be held with the line manager/mentors to discuss career opportunities.
