What you’ll do:
Supervise a diverse team, including front-of-house, post-room, and porterage staff, ensuring a cohesive and efficient operation.
Act as the primary point of escalation for client inquiries and complex service requests, delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
Design and implement strategies to streamline workflows and improve service integration, enhancing both efficiency and productivity.
Develop and lead training programs aimed at expanding the skill sets of your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.
Establish and monitor KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews to ensure the team's alignment with service standards and objectives.
Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring all services—from room setups to post-room duties—are executed flawlessly and punctually.
Facilitate collaboration across departments, maintaining open lines of communication and promoting a unified service delivery model.
