Pay: £80-£100 daily

Autism Teaching Assistant Responsibilities: - Personalized Support: Providing dedicated support to the very active child, ensuring their unique needs are met, and facilitating their engagement in the learning process.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with class teachers and fellow SEN Teaching Assistants to create an inclusive and encouraging classroom atmosphere that encourages participation.
- Resources : Assisting in the development and organization of specialized learning materials and resources tailored to the needs of the child.
- Emotional Support: Nurturing the social and emotional growth of the child, fostering a warm and caring environment where they can thrive.
Requirements for Autism Teaching Assistant : - Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar SEN TA role is advantageous.
- Experience supporting Autistic children is a must
- A genuine passion for education and supporting very active children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, energy, and a positive attitude to inspire and engage the child.
