Job description

Rula Homecare are recruiting dedicated and compassionate Child Support Workers to join our Rula family.

We provide support to children with learning disabilities within their home and within the community.

It’s a varied and flexible role; a challenging yet rewarding position; helping to enhance children’s lives by encouraging them to participate in positive activities and in meeting their needs. You will be required to build a trusting relationship and provide emotional support to young people who may have complex needs and present challenging behavior's.

The right candidates will;
Have previous experience of working with complex needs and challenging behavior's,
Be positive, caring and supportive,
Have good communication skills and and be an excellent listener,
Be committed to providing support in positively changing a young person’s life.

Own transport is beneficial but not essential.

Rates of pay at weekend £14 per hour
