Hope House Children’s Hospices have an opportunity for a Retail Business Development Manager to join our Retail team as a Hybrid worker covering Shropshire, Cheshire, North and Mid Wales. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis. In return, our Retail Business Development Manager will receive a competitive rate of £29,697 - £35,301 per annum, plus a car allowance of £4,920 per annum.

We support more than 750 local families who are either caring for a terminally ill child, or whose child has died. About the Retail Business Development Manager role: Here at Hope House Children’s Hospices we are on an exciting journey to increase the annual contribution from our retail business, enabling us to reach every child and family who needs us. Reporting to the Head of Retail, your role as Business Development Manager will be to support the implementation of the Retail strategy, driving a growth agenda and assisting the team in achieving objectives to generate new revenues and improve profitability. A confident, outgoing and credible communicator, you will be driven, creative and comfortable with variety, able to engage with stakeholders and positively influence change. You will be comfortable working to deadlines, flexible in your approach to working hours and times and be comfortable to regular travel around Shropshire, Cheshire and North and Mid Wales to deliver your objectives.
