Job description
We are currently working on behalf of a respected and reputable London based Social Housing provider, to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer for a full time basis role. This is a on site role which requires a full UK Driving Licence.
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
+ Car Allowance
Monday - Friday
8am-6pm
Duties will include:
- Work with residents to enable a project to be completed on time and on budget with excellent customer satisfaction.
- Booking appointments and managing schedules.
- Take responsibility for coordinating important information between residents, other stakeholders.
- Dealing with complaints
- Anticipating initial issues
- Building strong, healthy relationships with contractors and tenants.
- Visit residents in their homes to discuss their specific circumstances and record household profiles to assist in delivering works improvements with minimum disruption.
- Maintaining property records and conducting validation and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Act as the first point of contact for residents who are experiencing difficulties with the works in their homes.
- Work with residents and all stakeholders to increase customer satisfaction with works delivered.
