Multi Trades Recruitment is currently looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants within our Bolton office.
Are you a driven, motivated individual looking to start a career in recruitment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Business Development team in a fun and friendly office environment.
The Role:
- Reporting to the BD Manager, this is a full-time permanent role where you will be contacting & developing businesses with a range of different companies, with the aim of generating qualified leads for established consultants.
- Once fully trained, you will progress to our Consultant role within ideally within 5 months.
- OTE for Consultants is £50,000, with our leading consultants earning between £70,000 - £100,000 per year.
- Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm
- Starting Salary £20,000
- Expected Salary after 12 Months £35,000
Requirements:
- A clear career path and a desire to develop your skills and progress within the company.
- Basic IT skills, including email communication and use of a laptop.
- A willingness to make phone calls and communicate with candidates and clients on a regular basis.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
