This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional with strong leadership skills to lead a dedicated team and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Provide leadership and support to the care team, fostering a positive working environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care and resident satisfaction.
- Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and regulatory compliance.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:- Previous experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager within a care home setting.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for delivering outstanding care and improving the lives of residents.
- While RGN qualification is preferred, candidates with relevant experience in management will also be considered.
