Join this global leader as the Marketing Manager to help drive their marketing strategies to new heights. The Marketing Manager role isoffice based and also offers acompany bonus of up to £4,400 per year. 25 days holiday, moving to 28 days after 2 years. Contributory Pension scheme to 6%.
Your key responsibilities as the Marketing Manager will include:
- Develop and align the EU Trade marketing activity schedule in sync with global strategy.Collaborate closely with EU Sales teams to seamlessly implement these activities and enhance brand presence in-store and online.
- Work in tandem with USA Marketing Managers to co-create and executemarketing programs across Europe, fostering a cohesive global marketing approach.
- Lead the development and coordination of the company's ambassadorsprogram' worldwide, with a specific focus on execution within Europe. Engage with ambassadors and internal teams to strengthen and execute this global initiative effectively.
- Serve as a pivotal link between the USA and EU teams, facilitating communication and alignment on marketing strategies, translation efforts, and ambassador initiatives.
- Innovate EU trade marketing activities aligned withglobal sales strategies, elevating brand presence and enhancing in-store and online activities.
- Implementactivitiesto boost brand presence and education, both in-store and online.
- Expandin-store presence by broadening product range, distribution, and enhancing displays.
- Ensure all EU customers comply with the business European partner programme, maintaining a selective distribution network.
- Represent the business at trade exhibitions and customer events, fostering positive relationships and educating customers about products and initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless accomplishment of goals.
- Positively influence customers’ sales teams.
- Prepare and communicate sales forecasts for improved production planning/customer service.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns, in line with brand goals.
