We are recruiting Community Care Workers for an overnight complex care package - alternate Saturday nights. Personal care - washing/showering, dressing/undressing, oral hygiene, toileting etc. This rota is carried out in one location only and is an overnight rota 23:00 until 07:00. Full information will be provided at interview. .

Responsibilities

• Care within the community
• Personal care - washing/showering, dressing/undressing, oral hygiene, toileting etc
• Light meal preparation
• General tidy round leaving all areas safe
• Companionship

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Must hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle
• You must have the right to work in the UK - NWCare do not provide sponsorship
• Great communication skills
• Able to promote and deliver person centred care
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
• Be well organised/professional/caring
• Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
• Care about the community they live in

Desirable Skills

• QCF level 2 or above in health and social care
• Paid caring experience
