Our client is a sustainability consultancy with a track-record of delivering energy and carbon management for corporates, public and third sector organisations, SMEs and individuals and supporting them on every step of their sustainability journey. They are currently seeking a Executive Director (Strategy, Marketing and Commercial) on a 1-year FTC to join their growing team. Below are just a few skills and experiences you will need to be successful in this role, however what matters to much more to these guys is attitude and a passion for making the world a better place. Some of your duties will include; Manage the Head of Strategy, Head of Marketing and Head of Commercial, providing leadership to these teams and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement; Act as the company's main adviser on all strategic issues relating to the execution of the agreed business plan and keep abreast of latest developments to ensure that the company maintains its market-leading position; Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition and market share expansion and much more. This is a very rare role in an industry that is arguably the most sought after to gain experience within.
