Job description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join a team in Swindon.
As a HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all new starter and leaver processes, ensuring accurate paperwork, maintaining the HR database, and assisting with payroll duties.
Hybrid working 60/40 Work from home = 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.
25 days holiday
Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week

Additionally, you will play a vital role in coordinating inductions, booking training courses, and handling various ad hoc administrative queries.

This is a small HR team that supports branches across the South West although you will be based in Swindon. This would suit someone who has experience of recruitment admin or simply a passion for administration and an understanding of the discretion and professionalism required within an HR Team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all new starter and leaver processes, ensuring accurate paperwork and documentation
- Maintain and update the HR database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Assist with payroll by populating all pay changes onto a payroll spreadsheet
- Coordinate and conduct inductions for new employees, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
- Book training courses for staff members and handle any ad hoc administrative queries
Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role is preferred
- A passion for administration and a strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and stay focussed on tasks
- An outgoing personality with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen willingness to learn and develop within the HR field
Any CIPD qualification would be a benefit but not essential
Salary of £24,000 to £26,000, depending on experience.
