Our Client is a well respected and privately owned Building Services Engineering Consultancy, who has provided their customers M&E Design Services for over thirty years.
Our Client is a team of experts who advise and provide vital practical help to the construction industry, assessing their Net Zero Carbon capabilities and obtaining carbon credits to offset the embodied and operational emissions
Aligned with the International Standards Organisation’s established procedures for conducting building life cycle assessments, their core expertise is in the phase from cradle to practical completion
Our Client is a well respected and privately owned Building Services Engineering Consultancy, who has provided their customers M&E Design Services for over thirty years. Their wealth of experience and expertise within the construction industry has secured them a strong proven track record throughout the UK and Europe, delivering a range of complex schemes mainly across the leisure, retail, banking, commercial and residential sectors.
The business has developed strong relationships with developers, architects and end users, significantly reducing the dependency upon working for contractors. This enviable position engages the company at the front end of projects, in a true consulting position of influence, championing energy efficiency and carbon reduction.
Often acting as the customers “M&E eyes and ears”, they also support schemes once on site and play a vital role in ensuring all building services work efficiently and effectively. This important service ensures savings are maximised and overheads reduced, taking into account life cycle and maintenance costs to run buildings to fulfil their purpose.
The need for a strong site based presence has created two new operational roles for Project Engineers / Project Managers, with one being based in the South to cover London and the South West, and a second identical appointment to be made who will cover the North and Midlands regions. These two key appointments will facilitate smooth delivery of M&E projects, working closely with the design team to provide services which will include:
The ideal candidate will be naturally mechanical or electrical bias, but with a solid rounded understanding of all building services systems, across a range of buildings related to the aforementioned sectors. Engineers with a tools background who have moved into a client facing supervisory capacity would fit well, as would those working across M&E Contracting, hard services FM or Estates Management.
