Job description
A vacancy has arisen for a Day Cleaning Supervisor, working on days, 6.00-2.30, Monday to Friday. The candidate will be responsible for Supervising the Day Cleaning Team.
- Supervision of the Day Hygiene Team Members
- Training and Development of Team Members.
- Ensuring the Day Cleaning Team work safely and adhere to all safety standards, including wearing of appropriate PPE at all times.
- Ensuring appropriate records are kept.
- Ordering of cleaning stock as required.
- Liaising with Engineering regarding any issues.
- Ensuring all areas of the site are cleaned and fully stocked to the required standard.
- Conducting Cleaning of Production areas as required.
- Ensuring all onsite laundry allocated to evenings is undertaken as per company procedures.

- You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan workloads effectively to meet deadlines.
- You need experience and knowledge of industrial cleaning and knowing the required hygiene standards within a food production environment would be an advantage.
- You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, be confident and committed, and able to accept responsibility.
- You will be highly motivated and have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- You will be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
- You will be committed to working within the Company Mission, Vision & Values.
- Your own transport is required due to shift times and no public transport being available.
