An exciting opportunity has arisen about for a Senior Private Wealth Disputes Solicitor to join a top 100 law firm in South West London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estate disputes spanning multiple jurisdictions, encompassing domicile-related conflicts.
• Addressing issues pertaining to the validity or interpretation of wills.
• Advocacy for trustees and beneficiaries in cases involving breach of trust, applications for directions, or removal.
• Handling claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
• Resolving disputes over property beneficial ownership and TLATA matters
• Managing contested applications within the Court of Protection.
• Providing risk management services, including stress testing trust structures and estate planning, in collaboration with our Private Client team
• Providing a thoughtful, first-class service to each client.
• Participating in the supervision and development of junior team members.
• Contributing to business development initiatives and fostering key contacts.
• Assisting in the development of systems and processes that contribute to a content and satisfied team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a well-regarded contentious trusts and probate team with enthusiasm for and commitment to this area of work.
• Demonstrate proficiency in delivering a thoughtful, first-class service to clients.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills supported by sound academics.
• Be accustomed to working independently and creatively.
• Effectively manage your caseload and prioritize work.
• Enjoy collaborating with colleagues and clients as part of a team.
