Job description

We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join us on a fixed-term contract until the 31st December 2024. Reporting to the Director of HR Business Partnering, you'll partner with Head Office functional teams in effective people development and workforce leadership. You'll partner with Senior stakeholders, providing support and challenge in managing change and transformation – unlocking and supporting our business growth and development. Working in an agile way, you'll lead multiple projects and drive change and transformation whilst managing key relationships with stakeholders.

• Facilitate, engage and support the delivery of the HR plan across your business areas.  
• Develop and foster strong working relationships through business partnering of both Director Of and Board Level stakeholders .  
• Develop and deliver yearly organisation development reviews in conjunction with the HR senior team and business area, that focusses on all key areas such as resourcing, workforce planning, team performance, capability and engagement.  
• Drive the search for internal and external talent to ensure we are set up for the future through developing and supporting our people, talent pipelining and succession planning.  
• Collaborate and work closely with HR specialisms, leveraging technical expertise and support with workforce management and development across business areas .  
• Support the culture of employee engagement by taking an active role in our Employee Engagement survey, including the debriefing of results, creating insight, encouraging feedback and utilising the action planning cycle.  
• Coach and develop Head Office managers on all people-related matters.  
• Regularly review employee insight and trends, providing challenge and support to business areas to make improvements and drive continuous improvement in key areas.  
• Ownership and delivery of any HR projects within agreed timeframes and budgets.  
• Sponsorship and support of the HR Strategic Plan, contributing and supporting key workstream activit y.  
• Line management of HR Manager, supporting with regular 1 to 1s, check ins, agreed performance objectives and day to day coaching .  

• Business Partnering experience in a previous role ideally in a Head Office environment .  
• Able to build relationships with key stakeholders and peers with confidence at a senior level .  
• Customer service orientated with an ability to get to the heart of an issue through listening, questioning and challenging .  
• Practically minded, delivery focused and able to deliver at pace .  
• Able to manage a mixture of multiple projects, day to day workload and high-level business plannin g.  
• Experience of dealing with confidential information with diplomacy.  
• Knowledge of ER and an understanding of policy and procedures.  
• Experienced coach .
