Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers, sharing your knowledge on mobile phones, gadgets, and accessories.
• Welcome interviewees and meeting attendees with professionalism and friendliness.
• Process transactions seamlessly using our EPOS system and handle cash accurately.
• Coordinate customer repairs and maintain transparent communication on repair status.
• Manage trade-ins with professionalism and efficiency.
• Keep our store organized by stocking cabinets and shelving.
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
Requirements:
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Experience with EPOS systems and cash handling is a plus.
• Knowledge of mobile phones, gadgets, and accessories.
