Job description
We are recruiting Emergency Dispatchers for NHS Trust in Bedford.
Candidate must be flexible working day or night shifts also weekend. The Dispatcher's role is integral to ensuring that the provision of an excellent service to patients and the safety of operational resources within their area of responsibility, for the communities we serve. The Dispatcher will work in a fast -paced and ever-changing environment, and will need to work as part of a Team to ensure a safe and efficient, high performing dispatching function. * To ensure that all incidents are reviewed prior to resources being dispatched. * To maintain a minimum of a 'good' standard within the Dispatch Behaviours and Competencies document for Morale and Motivation. * Maintain an average time where resource is left without instruction within the 50th percentile of the EOC mean. * Maintain an average number of allocation of meal breaks within the meal break window, within the 50th percentile of the EOC mean.Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
