Find out if a career in care is right for you – take our short quiz here Job Advert Role Description We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of support workers / care assistants at Hamilton House in Leigh Sinton, part of Priory Adult Care. Hamilton House benefits form large communal garden where people living at Hamilton can engage in gardening, play sports, cultivate agriculture and relax with a barbecue on a warm summer day. Staff at Hamilton House take great pride in supporting our resident with all aspects of their life in line with bespoke individualised care and support plans. Our values of striving for excellence, being positive, putting people first, acting with integrity and being supportive underpin out practice that has aims is to promote independence, support achievement, provide opportunities for development and support leisure activities. Residents benefit from access to spacious communal lounge, dining room and kitchen where they can relax, socialise and engage in everyday household tasks promoting their independence. Our ideal support worker will:

• Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals (including personal care)
• Be able to support in house activities and hobbies
• Be attentive and inspire our residents to achieve more!
• Be resilient and help manage some behaviours that challenge
