Assistant Headteacher
Salary: L4 to L8 (£54,555 to £59,826 FTE)
Start: September 2024
Hermitage Primary School is keen to appoint an exceptional and inspiring assistant headteacher. Our assistant headteacher will support our recently appointed headteacher and dedicated senior leadership team in delivering the school’s strategic plans, building on the school’s strong foundations and delivering the vision of a high-performing, safe and nurturing environment where all pupils are valued equally. Hermitage aims to ensure all children grow in confidence and build strong relationships rooted in respect and empathy.
Our assistant headteacher will:
Being a leading practitioner for learning, our assistant headteacher will teach a timetable of 0.5 FTE.
Our assistant headteacher will benefit from working within a caring, supportive and committed school environment. They will be invited to join our Trust’s professional development networks that operate across our primary and secondary sectors, and will be supported by school and Trust leaders with a wealth of experience in education.
