Description and Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our established Surrey based residential and commercial brokerage, recently expanding to additional offices and regions.
Candidates should have circa 3 years’ experience handling a wide spectrum of Residential, BTL and protection enquiries. Also, an articulate phone manner, self-motivated with strong attention to detail for researching criteria in an ever-changing lender environment. We have a relaxed office environment in which a sense of humour is essential!
Experience in placing cases with private banking institutions for high-net-worth clients preferable although not essential.
Extensive admin support will be given to support the adviser in their predominantly client facing role, as well as parking in a fully refurbished office and a central town centre location. Opportunity for career progression for an expanding department and growth expectations.
Must have appropriate qualifications (CeMAP or equivalent), competent adviser status and compliance track record.
