- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the meetings and events industry
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, 3rd party booking agents and partners
- Create tailored proposals and presentations to showcase our services and capabilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events from conception to completion
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

About you: - Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the meetings and events sector
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong networking abilities with a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
