Job description

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Night Manager to join the team here at Whittlebury Park .

Nestled in hundreds of acres of ancient parkland, Whittlebury offers an award-winning 254-bedroom four-star hotel, conference, and training centre. We have award winning facilities including a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and a luxurious spa.

Salary:

£28,000 - £32,000

This is a full-time position, working 45 hours per week (5 days out of 7) and as the hotel is a fully serviced business, includes weekends and bank holidays.

What will you do?

As the Night Manager you will:

· Provide a high standard of service to all our guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.

· Effectively and efficiently manage the operation of the small Night Team, overseeing staff on site across all departments on duty during the Night shift.

· Carry out security and fire checks around the estate, dealing with guest incidents and requests, reconfiguration of function rooms for the following days business, end of day accounting is completed. Completing handovers from and to the Hotel day team.

What we are looking for;

· A front facing, guest focused individual that has a minimum of 1 years’ experience in Night management in a large hotel alongside hotel front office experience.

· Advantageous to have a personal licence, health & safety and first aid training
