Job description
Together with our clients based in #Cambridge, we are looking for a interim purchase ledger clerks
Temp contracts - ongoing
Main Duties/Responsibilities:-
* Process invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
* Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger
* Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
* Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries
* Process business expense returns
* Cashbook and petty cash cheques
* Processing BACS payments and preparing cheques
Person Specification
* Bookkeeping experience
* Great interpersonal and communications skills
* Self discipline
* Good team working skills
* The ability to work to monthly deadlines
* An aptitude for IT Ability to adapt to varying workloads.
Please note that the hourly rate for these roles is between £13 and £14 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Temp/Contract
Salary equivalent: Up to £30,000.00 per year
Monday to Friday
Location: Hybrid/Office Based in Cambridge
