As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire, you will provide a high level of care and support to vulnerable individuals, empowering them to live the life they choose. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily tasks such as personal care, medication administration, and mealtime assistance. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in motivating and encouraging choice and participation.

While experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or Healthcare Assistant is desirable, it is not essential. We provide an excellent training and induction program that will fully equip you for your new role.
