Job description
We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Officer on a full-time permanent basis. The role will be based across our Lower and Upper School Sites. Hours of work are 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, 10.00am – 6.00pm. There is also some weekend working and this is on a rota system with the rest of the Premises Team.
The primary purpose of the role is to carry out both day to day repairs and general maintenance work across the sites, together with caretaking duties.
The successful candidate will also be required to drive the school inter-site minibus and training will be provided for this.
The post holder will also be responsible for the security of the premises and its contents outside of school hours and facilitating the use of the establishment for lettings and other activities.
An enhanced DBS check will be required.
