A luxury housing developer are currently looking for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to join their team for a flagship development in Watford

• Property experience with either an estate agent or a new build developer
• A stable employment profile
• Dealing with enquiry's from potential buyers
• Keeping buyers up to date with the progress of their sales
• Conducting viewings & chasing up the customer after an appointment
• Presentation of the sales & marketing suite
• Working closely with the sales progression & customer care teams
• Liaising with the Sales Management team to negotiate offers
