Associate Quantity Surveyor
London
Leading independent construction and property consultancy working across all sectors of the built environment has an exciting opportunity for an Associate level Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding London office with a focus on the commercial and/or residential sectors.
Projects vary from small capital values relating to asset management projects up to large scale complex projects of over £700m across a wide range of sectors. With regard to the residential and commercial sectors they are currently working on a range of new builds and mixed-use schemes, including small refurb up to large masterplan schemes.
MRICS and able to deliver across the full spectrum of cost consultancy and contract administration services you will provide a high level of service delivery across several projects for key clients including those within the commercial and residential sectors as well as potentially wider commissions in other related sectors.
They understand the importance of continuous personal and professional development at all levels within the business, that goes beyond reaching chartered professional status and you will continuously be supported and mentored through their internal professional development review (PDR) process to support your personal development and goals.
