In line with Succession plans, this dynamic firm is seeking a Corporate Partner 8+ years PQE to join their Hampshire offering to further assist in the growth of their department. The Role This longstanding practice is seeking an experienced Corporate Partner 8+ years PQE to join their Hampshire office. This role will involve working closely with the Head of Company & Commercial in driving the department forward.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for managing and leading mid-market transactions including Corporate M&A, Joint ventures, Private Equity, Shareholder agreements and much more.
You will receive an excellent level of exposure from the outset and given their level of growth, career prospects are in abundance.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor 8+years PQE
- Previous experience managing corporate matters
- Ambition and drive for career progression
