Role: Interim Finance Manager
Location: Oldham
Salary: GBP400 – GBP600 p/day (or salary equivalent)
Overview: We are now recruiting for an
Interim Finance Manager to join a leading security company based in Oldham, on a 3 6–month FTC. The main purpose of this role is to provide accurate financial forecasts, reporting, and analysis to support decision making within the business.
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare financial forecasts and reports, including monthly reviews and balance sheet analysis.
• Coordinate annual operating plans and long–term strategic plans for a specific line of business.
• Provide financial support to functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and G&A.
• Manage and develop the FP&A team, overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
• Oversee month and quarter end close activities, ensuring accuracy and approving journal entries.
• Support executive leadership with financial performance reporting and analysis.
• Drive analytics capabilities and standardization in financial tools and processes.
• Partner with corporate finance to ensure compliance and best practices are maintained.
Requirements: • Qualified Accountant (Or Part–Qualified with relevant experience)
• Experience managing teams, including Accounts Payable, Receivable, and FP&A.
• Available to start within 3–4 weeks.
