Our client seeks its first non-tech hire, an experienced Account Executive (AE), to help reach a 1.5 million EUR Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) target for Series A funding. They've developed a top-tier product within a year of hiring their first developer, securing industry-leading partnerships and a 4 million EUR Seed round led by Octopus Ventures. This fund has been behind success scale-ups like Permutive, Amplience, Conversocial, Ometria among others.
The role would have a dedicated SDR resource and an outsourced Business Development Agency that will support you with booking monthly & and quarterly meetings within your ICP.

Responsibilities:
- Implement our established sales process to assess, convert, and oversee the sales pipeline.
- Maintain precise records of forecasts and activities using Salesforce.
- Identify fresh business opportunities to meet quarterly targets.
- Achieve and surpass annual revenue objectives for new clients.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to foster growth in strategic accounts.
- Promote our platform and product offerings to potential clients through product demonstrations, participation in industry events, and collaboration with the broader team.
You:
- The ideal candidate is still very interested in building pipeline and driving outbound efforts themselves.
- We are looking for a candidate who has sold B2B SaaS for a challenger brand and early stage start up company.
- We are also interested in someone who has been a high-performing SDR/BDR and moved (or has aspirations) into a quota-carrying Account Executive.
- The preferred candidates has sold Data, CDP, Customer Intelligence or Customer Success Solutions to ISV or Software companies.
- Pro-active and energetic personality who has a strong bias for action.
- A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in consultative and solution-oriented sales.
- The ability to excel in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
- Strong skills in research, negotiation, and presentation
