SALES MANAGER - CARTONS

HOMEBASED: HOME COUNTIES OR MIDLANDS
Our client is looking for someone based anywhere in the Midlands or Home Counties (excluding Sussex, Hampshire, Hertfordshire)

Salary: Open (Depending on experience) + Car / Car Allowance + Commission

Our client is a privately owned, small/medium printed carton manufacturer, they produce small to medium run cartons, litho printed up to 6 colour, with full design and finishing in house. Our client sells to a variety of markets including healthcare / oral healthcare / toiletries / pharma (non-accredited) / nutrition / sports & hobbies / cosmetics / some food (non-accredited)

Our client has a very loyal customer base, many of their customers have been with them for 10+ years and score them very highly for quality and customer service.

Our client has invested in a brand new 6 Colour + Coater Press and they want to expand. They are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities/Requirements:

• To generate leads and manage new sales of folding cartons suitable for their factory There will not be a pool of existing customers handed over to look after
• Will need to consider £350-500K sales per annum achievable. Experience required
• Is used to or wants to work for a smaller enterprise
• Targets led and ambitious
• Good self-presentation
• Looking to join a company for a long time, progressing within the business
