Job description

Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with an innovative digital display solutions manufacturer who are market leaders within their niche field. They have over 20 years’ experience in their field and are currently looking for a full time Project Manager to oversee the design and client installations of bespoke lighting and digital display solutions.

The role is coordinating, organising, and overseeing all activities within the project scope of works. This position is responsible for the planning and implementation of project documentation and managing the successful execution of a project. This position is the first point of contact for any issues or discrepancies arising from within the project before the problem escalates to higher management within the business.

• Liasing with new and existing customers, including the likes of Rolls Royce and Jaguar Land Rover
• Act as primary contact for all queries regarding light hardware and software used by the business
• Attending client meetings to plan project scopes and agree contractual terms
• Complete all required documentation for projects, ensuring installation manuals, RAMS and job detail forms are completed and install teams are familiar with the project before going to site
• Provide and implement solutions for improving the business processes and communication methods for successful and efficient project delivery

Skills & Experience

• Holder of Prince 2 Project Management qualification highly desirable
• Demonstrable user experience of ERP/MRP systems, including SAP
• Knowledge of IOS programming software/devices
• Product knowledge of audio-visual display systems a distinct advantage
• Confidence in negotiating contracts with high profile clients
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to schedule workloads and scope projects
• Full UK driving licence
