A luxury housing developer who have teamed up with a shared ownership specialist are currently looking for experience Sales Negotiator to join their team for a brand new development based in Barnet

The development is launching in March so it is a vital time to join them to deal with the initial enquires & work on the development from start to finish

• Property experience with either an estate agent or a new build developer
• A stable employment profile
• Must have had exposure to the Shared Ownership scheme
• Dealing with enquiry's from potential buyers
• Ensuring that customers are eligible for the shared ownership scheme
• Conducting viewings & chasing up the customer after an appointment
• Presentation of the sales & marketing suite
• Progression sales from reservation to exchange & then completion
• Handing customers over to the customer service team
