Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Logistics Planner to join our client in Christchurch.
This role is permanent and can offer an immediate start, salary is depending on experience up to
£29,000pa. The key focus of this role will be to deliver accurate planning of customer orders and continuously review order books and stock levels.
Key responsibilities for the successful Logistics Planner: - Maintaining accurate records and liasing with required teams to keep them informed.
- Deliver a positive and calm approach to problem solving.
- Logistics planning and co-ordination of our customers’ orders from point of receipt through to delivery
- Keeping yourself informed and up to date on any issues (e.g. QC, delayed goods) that could contribute to customer deliveries being delayed
- Provide cover for other members of the logistics planning team.
Skills required to be considered for this Logistics Planner role: - Previous logistics planning experience is essential
- Proven ERP experience
- Strong MicrosoftExcel knowledge and experience
This is a team focussed business who invest in their staff, the position is working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and they have annual salary reviews. this position is based in the office full time so you must be able to commute to Christchurch daily.
