Are you a Mental Health professional working with children and young people (CYP) who is passionate about empowering others to achieve their full potential? Are you ready to be part of the new Mental Health Support Teams initiative that will transform early intervention in CYP mental health services? Are you looking to learn and develop new skills in CBT informed supervision? If youve answered yes, you might be just who we are looking for... We have an exciting opportunity to become part of our expanding Derby and Derbyshire Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs). Designed to ensure CYP access the right help, at the right time, in the right setting. The MHST teams will remove duplication and avoid CYP/families being bounced in-between services. Compass have a successful track record in early intervention health and wellbeing services for children and young people. We use a wide range of creative and dynamic methods of engagement, including digital interventions, across community and educational settings. Adopting a values-based approach is at the heart of what we do; through collaboration and co-production with stakeholders our services continually evolve, directing resources based on evidenced need. We are incredibly excited and proud to be part of the MHST initiative in being able to develop innovative methods to make a real difference to the lives of young people.
