Morrison Water Services part of the M Group Services Water Division are the leading service provider in the water and wastewater infrastructure sectors in the UK. As a division, we employ circa 3000 people across the UK and we are looking for aspiring people like you, who are keen to start their career within the Water Industry.
Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit Hotbox Driver/Operator to work on our Yorkshire Water contract in Deighton.
As a Hotbox Driver you will be part of our Back-fill and Reinstatement Team. This team are responsible for Back-filling and Reinstatement activities on the contract which supports the Repair and Maintenance Team.
You will be responsible for the reinstatement of open excavations and digging out and replacing/resetting of Yorkshire water iron works. This includes use of reinstatement equipment. You will ensure Health & Safety protocols are carried out at all times. Working in a safe manner with consideration towards fellow workers and members of the public who may come into contact with our works. You will be required to complete on site risk assessments.
Do you have Knowledge and Experience in the Water Industry?
Can you demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to follow established procedures?
Do you hold a full UK Class 2 Driving License? This is an essential requirement.
Have you gained Water SHEA, NRSWA, First Aid, Abrasive Wheels, Manual Handling qualifications?
Additional Information
- You must possess a high degree of manual dexterity demonstrated through the use of hand tools.
- You will be required to work outdoors in all weathers and be required to walk and stand on uneven ground.
- You must also be able to work within a confined space, without restriction.
