Nursery Manager - Wimbledon
Hours would be 07:00 – 18:15 on a Monday, Tuesday – Thursday 07:45 – 18:15.
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

We are looking to recruit a Nursery Manager for our highly recommended Nursery situated in the heart of Wimbledon Village. The successful candidate will have proven management experience and be able to inspire, engage and motivate a passionate, and committed team to ensure that they provide the best start for the children in our care.
As a manager of the Nursery you will have an excellent level of knowledge around the Early Years Foundation Stage, and the statutory guidelines provided by Ofsted.

Your day to day duties will include:

• Training and supporting staff members to fulfil their potential
• Developing and managing all aspects of the Nursery whilst working as part of a wider team
• Demonstrating excellent practice in delivering the early years curriculum
• Promoting the values of the Nursery to all staff, parents and children
• Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all staff
• Conducting daily health and safety checks
• Supporting and maintaining occupancy records to ensure the continuous growth of the business
