Temporary Accommodation Officer needed in Kingston.

The rate is £16.74ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The reference number is: RQ1125756

The successful candidate will ensure the effective and efficient management of all Temporary Accommodation in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.

They will ensure all repairing obligations and health & housing safety rating standards are met within Temporary Accommodation provided within Hostel accommodation and homes leased in the private sector including that managed by external providers.

They will manage relationships with homeless households provided temporary accommodation including action to assist in income recovery, investigate anti-social behaviour and where needed recover possession.
